The animates objects. It is only available when the image mode is set to Object Animation. This is done by setting the time slider in the timeline window to the time of interest then using this tool to drag the object to the position it should be at that time. You can then move the time slider and move the object to another position and repeat until all the designed movements have been made. If set to do so, the transparency will also be modified. If the preview window is open, a preview of the animation will be shown as you create it.
This tool makes animation a drag-and-drop affair, making it easy to build complex animations in a very short time.
