Problem found:
The "difference" mode is attempting to use an sSSE3 instruction without checking if your processor supports it. Yours doesn't, so it fails with "illegal instruction". Please download Chasys Draw IES again after 12 hours; I'll fix the issue are a minor build update.

I've managed to secure a PC with a Pentium D 3.40 Ghz processor, and can confirm that the "Dec 1 2015" release does not have the "Illegal Instruction" problem. Kindly check and confirm that you have the "Dec 1 2015" release, not the "30 Nov 2015".

But :
- Chasys Draw IES Artist opens directly without opening the window New Project.
- Chasys Draw IES Viewer, Converter and raw-Photo do not open. It is not possible to edit an image in these applications : the mouse cursor waiting does not end after you click on an image for editing in Viewer but without success.

You may need to restart your computer after the installation to remove the old thumbnail handler, which will solve the issue with the image folders. I'll try to reproduce the failure you're experiencing with the other applications then get back to you.

I think you may have some components of the previous version still installed (though this should never happen). Have you tried doing a complete uninstall followed by a restart then a full reinstall?
I'm still trying to reproduce this failure on the Pentium D machine I got without success.
